Pre-K Program
The Pre-K Program enables a small group of children between the ages of four and five years old who no longer need a nap to work on specific skills to help prepare them even more for kindergarten. Once a child turns 4 years old does not mean he/she automatically attends afternoon class. He/she needs to be developmentally capable of participating cooperatively in a small group setting. This will be based on the staff’s observation and recommendation. The class will consist of no more than ten children. All children must rest a minimum of 30 minutes on their beds before this takes place.
